Still Life Hats
This still life depicts a collection of hats and helmets arranged across a vivid, colourful background. Painted in acrylic, the piece relies on layered hues and intentionally unblended brushstrokes to create energy and movement. The visible textures and bold colour choices bring the objects to life while giving the composition a dynamic rhythm. Through this work, I began developing a clearer sense of my personal style—experimenting with expressive colour, confident mark-making, and a more playful approach to still-life painting.

I made this poster as a part of the student organization "InterAccess" in THUAS, when we were organizing a potluck for the students. My intention with this poster was to show different kinds of dishes – highlighting the purpose of the event – sharing different cultures with each other. I added a cute twist my drawing the hands manually, giving the poster a different feel by combining 3D and 2D elements.
